One of the greatest gifts God has given us is His Spirit. While in this world, we face a spirit of fear, God’s spirit grants us 3 times more. 2 Timothy 1:7 says:
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV)
It’s love that casts our fear (1 John 4:18), and it is God’s love that ushers us to walk in the power God grants those who love Him back. By His love, God has given us everything we need to overcome and live victoriously. It’s already in you.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of Your Spirit, that is love dwelling on the inside of me. I pray to operate in Your power over fear and to walk in Your love always. In Jesus Christ’s Name, I pray, Amen.
