I’m a dreamer. I love to envision all the dreams and plans that God has placed on my heart to accomplish. I love to dream because dreaming is not only exciting, but it’s actually quite easy. The difficult part comes when it’s time to make that dream become a reality. This is where the hard work and discipline come in, you know, the stuff that’s not so fun.

And it’s here where I sometimes get stuck, where I doubt myself and God, and question if I should really be doing this in the first place. There is one thing I’ve learned to do to overcome this stumbling block towards my dreams, and that is to go.

Just go.

Don’t wait for perfect. Don’t wait for more permission. Don’t wait for all the resources. Don’t talk yourself out of it. Get creative, walk by faith and not by sight, and just go for it. The Bible tells us:

“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10 ESV)

I want to encourage you today that the world is waiting for you to go and do the thing you were created by God to do. So, by all means, Beloved, go.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the dreams You’ve placed on my heart and the call you’ve placed on my life. I pray for courage and boldness to do all the good works You’ve created me to do. In Jesus Christ Name I pray, Amen.
